Sitdown interview you go over your baisic automotive knowledge and customer service skills then a quick overview of the computer system then a waiting game for a email to submit a background check once it passes you go back for a interview with the district manager

Interview
Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.
There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.

Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.
