Interview
Simple 1 on 1 interview. Candidate must complete a basic automotive knowledge test. If you have a basic understanding of automotive systems (hopefully you do if you are applying) passing the test should be relatively easy. Other than that, the standard interview questions were asked and it was over.

What experience do you have with automotive systems?
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.

The interview was in person, I was interviewed by the supervisor of the store. It was a quick interview, the main theme of the interview is to see how much knowledge you have in the automobile department
