I applied online. I interviewed at AutoZone (Vancouver, WA) in July 2020
Interview
Efficient, decent process. Thorough and formal. You sit down with the manager of the store you applied for and get interviewed. Then, if they think you're a good candidate, they send you to one of their sister stores and have you interviewed by another manager to verify your quality as a candidate.

Question 1
What would you say makes you qualified to do this job?
Very straightforward interview. Was taken to a seperate area around the back of the store with a table and chairs for the interview. Asked about vehicle knowledge, sales and cashiering experience. Was given the job on the spot with adequate training afterwards.

Question 1
Do you have experience multitasking dealing with customers and answering phones, stocking, etc.
Very easy not hard. I suggest talking with the district manager to get a job or a manager which are the ones with a Grey shirts. Overall not challenging. I think the turnover rate is high at this job though
Straight forward. Nice people. Created an easy listening atmosphere. Interview was conducted by HR and a store manager. No trick questions. At the end it didn’t work out for better fits from their end. No hard feelings.
