I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AutoZone (Escondido, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
I was asked to drive to a store almost 60 minutes from the location I applied for. The b interview was casual and quick and could have been done remotely (given the covid constraints). I was then asked to do my second interview at a different location nearly an hour from home.
Good interview, the job description was moderately fair however another opportunity can through and I declined offer. I recommend you bring a resume and learn a little about the company...
quite smooth well structured interview with typical behavior and situation questions. The interviewers are friendly. Heard back roughly a week after the interview. Overall a quite good and professional experience
