I applied through other source. I interviewed at Autobooks (Detroit, MI)
Interview
Three interviews, all with the CMO. All happened virtually.
The first was a brief chat over the phone. The last two went for about 45 minutes each. The last interview was supposed to be with a hiring panel, but none were able to attend but the hiring manager.
3 rounds of interviews. First by phone with recruiter telling you about the role and if it’s something you would be interested in , then interview with VP and C suite.
The process took only a week. Super fast turn around time

Asked about last job experience and why it relates to the current position
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autobooks in Oct 2024
Interview
Applied on Indeed and they didn't get back to me until a month later about this remote position. Took about 3 weeks total to do 2 interviews and had a whiteboarding session scheduled on the 3rd week on a Friday. Decides to tell me about an hour before that the whiteboarding session is cancelled and they are looking for in-person instead. Why not just let the person know you don't want to proceed in the beginning of the week instead of wasting my time last minute because you did some poor planning and didn't think about the position thoroughly enough even though you had over a month to think about it lol
