I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Automation Anywhere (Dallas, TX) in July 2017
Interview
I completed agreed with other interview posts. It was chaos at Automation Anywhere.
I received the call from HR within a week of applying, asking for mu compensation, benefits and scheduling the first screening interview with group VP.
After then she scheduled my onsite interview with their group VP, manager and lead architect.
All went well. They said they like my profile and HR will proceed with the next stage.
After then hiring manager interviewed over the phone for different positions. He suggested at the end of interview that HR will contact me for next stage.
No call for next 2 weeks from HR. Dropped email to HR, no response.
I called my interviewer. He said they will respond.
Few days after that call I got the response that they decided not to move forward with my profile.
In all 4/5 interview they always said they like my profile, they want to hire ASAP. Even asked me for my notice period and if I can join even before.
The only reason I see is my current compensation for the job profile.
I gained experience even from the interview with a highly skilled interviewer. The interview was positively run and was excellent. I could answer the direct and concentrated questions. They asked me in the tech stack, people management, time management and many more.
