Initially I applied online, then received an email and then had a one on one via Skype. Very straightforward and easy process. Enjoyed the process and came away with a good overview of the company. Felt at ease with the interviewer and answered all questions honestly and there were no wrong or right "gotcha" questions...truly got a sense the recruiter/interviewer was genuinely trying to get to know me as a person.
