The interview process was multi stepped and drawn out over a couple of months. As the interviews progressed, I was lead to believe that I had the position but then they stopped communicating with me altogether. I obviously didn't get the job but they did not even communicate that with me and in the process, I turned down another position with another company because I was under the impression that AFC was going to hire me. Very unprofessional.

Pretty typical round robin interview process. Got to meet several folks and get a feel for the company. Mix of phone and Skype type video call. Interviews were spread across a couple of days.

Panel interview at corp. You go from office to office with different interview stylrs. Nothing too difficult then you eat with manager and then you are off to the airport.
