Automotive Transformation Group interview questions

There was a clear disconnect between my own personality and that of the interviewers. In my opinion they were quite pretentious and dismissive. They are very big on molding you to fit the company, which is reflected in the interview questions. I would say that going for this role would only suit a student going into their first design role and very little experience behind them. The process was very standard although I've had much more difficult interviews that were far more enjoyable.

Friendly team, strcutured format, wanted to understand my experience, and was given scenarios to explain how i would handle them. Overall the interview was a positive experience. They also explained the role well.
