One remote interview, two interviews in person. The first interview (the remote one) focused on preliminary qualifications. The second interview focused on technical skills. The third interview focused on personality fit.

Question 1
Do you feel you are a good candidate for this role? Why or why not?
First there was an HR screen, then meetings were set with ML engineer and a Director.
The HR & engineer went well okay, but the Director was distracted and seemed inattentive to our call. I loved what they were doing, but accepted elsewhere largely because of this feeling.

Interview
One of the worst interviews I have had. The interviewer was clearly reading from a script, asked the same question (what do you want to do with your career) in 4 different ways which led to the same answer. I finally asked if I should describe my human factors experience. They said no. I of course didn't proceed to the next interview.
