I sent a resume to their jobs e-mail address and had a phone interview with an HR specialist a few days later. They invited me for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview was a panel interview run by the HR specialist. The peers seemed very unprepared and asked a lot of cliche questions:
- tell us about yourself
- what's your five-year plan
- how does your experience fit with this role
I was asked about salary requirements twice, once during the phone interview and once during the on-site. Because this was asked at two interviews, it seemed not much communication had been done. It was noted I was overqualified for the position, and a visible cringe was made when I mentioned what I had made in previous positions.
Questions I asked were answered with very vague and cliche answers. Didn't learn much about the company, product, or procedures.
I was not impressed with the company.
