Technical interview was easy, was asked about prior experience and how I'd handle certain scenarios, escalations, and projects. Next interview was with the CEO for him to get a feel if you fit company culture, seeing your personality and how you respond to questions I was told I'm very experienced and meet everything they're looking for and fit the culture perfectly. They withdrew their salary of 100k, told me I'm not experienced enough, and offered 25% less instead. I declined the offer.
