Avail Technologies interview questions

I have got an email to set up a basic phone interview. Then I was told to fill out a form about some detail information of me (i.e. education background...). Then I was contacted by a manager to schedule a phone interview. The interview was said to be technical but it only took 10 minutes. He asked me a few questions perfunctorily. And I don't think he was well-prepared to interview me.
