      Delivery Lead Interview

      22 Aug 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Availity in July 2020

      Interview

I applied online but know several people that work there. I was told that they start with a recorded video interview process, but was instead asked to do three interviews over video conference. I thought that was a good sign. I interviewed with the hiring manager and two other teams I would be working with. The hiring manager didn't really ask any questions, but the two teams that I would be working with asked very specific and challenging questions. I think it was challenging in a good way though. I liked that they actually prepared questions. However, it seemed after the fact that they had their heart set on someone internal rather than an external candidate.
