I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Availity (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2010
Interview
Very long and drawn out process. I was more than qualified and although I passed the gruelling interview and got called for 2nd and 3rd interview, they made some excuse to not hire me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Availity in Aug 2021
Interview
3 steps, fair questions. I did not receive too much feedback on my responses. But the interviewers has many anecdotes to offer. Overall it was a decent experience but I wish I knew what position I was talking to.

What can you offer to bring value in this position
One Question Phone Screen. (Effectively) Are your willing to relocate at your own expense?
I considered this call to have been a major waste of my time as this could have been more easily accomplished through email which would have avoided the two hours prep time that I invested prior to this unproductive "interview". We didn't need to speak directly for me to inform her that I was unwilling to do this.
