I did a 30 minute phone screen with talent, which then lead me to get an hour long video interview with the hiring manager. They said someone would be getting back to me, however it took me consulting my candidate profile to see I had been rejected. Not an automated email, not either of the two people I talked to contacting me, nothing. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. From what I understand they would have wasted my time with two panel interviews and a final interview after that. Treat people like humans or do not be in the business of hiring people.
