Avalon Health Care Implementation Project Manager interview questions

The interview process includes 3 to 4 stages. The third stage involves a skills assessment where candidates are asked to draft a high-level framework for a business based on given instructions. Applicants have 30 to 45 minutes to complete this task and present it to a group. This assessment may be excessive and not a reliable indicator of a candidate's potential success in the role.
