Had the usual screening before the initial interview. Was told that the interview would be with the manager and VP. Was not informed that the interview would involve up to six individuals, IT and non-IT. Applied to work in Charlotte but was told that training was required at Durham, 4 hours of driving everyday to and back for the next several weeks, no mileage reimbursed. Position fully stated HYBRID, but was told that I would be required onsite everyday. Asked and was told that existing employees would be HYBRID. So only new people hired would not be HYBRID. Very dishonest posting with bait and switch tactics.
