The plant manager and HR, who both do not have a clear idea of what is actually needed from the position, present some dilemmas and ask you to describe a personal one that matches and respond with an explanation of "the situation, the task, an action, and the result."

Interview
I initially did a one way video interview where I submitted answers to questions and then was called into a live interview where I got to visit the plant and meet with the engineering manager and Hr about the position. They were fairly quick to respond and answered all my questions.
