Avant Analyst interview questions

Recruiter contact then set up phone screen with another recruiter. Was asked basic questions was told there would be a follow up interview along with a technical assessment, neither of which happened.

Call with the hiring manager, reasonable 3 day take-home assessment, and final on-site with 4 individuals of various levels (analysts, sr. managers, VP, etc.). On-sites consisted of behavioral, technical, and analytical questions. Know your experiences and the business model very well. Recruiters were extremely responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. Quick turnaround from each round. Overall quick process, and heard back within 1-2 days after the onsite.
