Interview
First a phone interview, then 5 rounds of in-person. Fairly technical, went into depth on scenario based questions. Some were highly technical, some provided the entire session for asking questions, making sure the candidate is comfortable with the company.

Interview
Quick and efficient. People were on time and available for the interviews. HR got back in the timeframe they said that they would. Interviewed with several people then took a tour of the facility.
I am with the person below with the unprofessionalism of the HR recruiter. He sets up time to talk about the position and then failed to call or email me to inform me that he cannot make it. When I reached out him, I was given another date and time and again failed to inform me and was no show. Not sure if this is how Avant Credit wants operate and give someone power to hire. This is a terrible sign if anything. If I am expected to invest my time the same should be expected of the recruiter.
