Technical proficiency good. STAR format better.

Question 1
Describe a time where you made a mistake, in STAR format.
I interviewed at Avanti Communications (London, England)
Interview
Initial screening call with the recruiter identified me as a great fit for the role. Soon afterwards, I had a Teams meeting with my future Line Manager. I think we talked for 1.5 hours. Finally, an in-person interview in their charming new offices. This was deliberately quite challenging (I came to understand) to discover how I would deal with high-pressure situations.

Question 1
What was the worst situation you found yourself in at work?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avanti Communications (Birmingham, England)
Interview
The process was smooth, not too technical and felt like it focused more on a "personal fit for the role" which was great. Unfortunately although advertised as offering flexible working hours, there are core hours of 9-4 which is far from flexible.
