Avanti Hospital interview questions

It was very fast and I had behavioral and scenario questions. I was in a small room with the director and I felt very comfortable and confident since it was only one person. I made sure to take my time with each question and talked a lot about the mission statement.

Simple Process. Took about 2 weeks. Meet with Director, charge nurse and included tour of the unit and meeting some of the staff. Friendly atmosphere. Expectations were clearly stated.
