Found the job through a hiring agency. Talking to the recruiter over the phone, saw the recruiter in person, an interview was arranged with the client company 2 weeks later. Met the VP on location, interview lasted maybe 20 minutes, was shown the lab/s. Came back to the office, sat for 10 minutes, met with the VP again for another 10 minutes and the VP offered the position. Overall easy interview, just behavioral type questions and some questions regarding my resume.
