Pleasant but lengthy process (1.5 months) consisting of 4 stages: 1. General interview with recruiter about yourself, experience, and the company. 1 hour long 2. Logical interview focused on problem solving and collaboration skills. You'll be solving several logical problems / riddles. 1 hour long 3. Technical interview reviewing your Terraform take-home project + answering some technical questions. 1.5 hours long 4. Area interview with team leader focusing on your soft skills such as collaboration and ability to resolve conflict. 1 hour long
