Interview
The process consists of three stages, the order of which is somewhat flexible:
1. Standard interview with the hiring manager,
2. Peer interview/technical screening with two consultants,
3. HR interview about company values, salary model, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Avega Group (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Oct 2019
Interview
The process included an interview in their headquarters in Stockholm. Since I knew the manager , who earlier was my manager at another company, they knew who I was and what I could bring to the company

The questions were more related to what I wanted to work with and which clients I would be interested in

Interview
I was recommended by a former colleague that I met downtown. I sent him my CV and was referred to the head of the technology division. Came in a day or two later to talk to him and the former colleague about past experiences.
A week or so later, the director of one of the daughter-companies most applicable to my field, contacted me and we set a time to meet 2-on-1 at their office. There were many technical questions, mostly related to software architecture. Not overly focused on algorithms.
