I had a 30-minute interview where I answered around five questions related to the role and my experience. The interview itself was relatively straightforward. About three days later, I received an email saying that the interview had been successful and that my job offer was only waiting for the manager's signature. Unfortunately, it has now been four weeks, and I have heard nothing. I have sent several follow-up emails and even tried calling the company, but I have received no response. Keeping candidates waiting for weeks after giving them positive feedback, without any communication or update, is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. A simple update or honest explanation would have been appreciated. This experience was very disappointing.
