Extremely unprofessional and constant calls ( 3 times over 5 minutes ) to communicate and rush the process. Unreliable when it came to interview with clients and they did not have their questions straight, wasting time and yet consistently asking for yours.

Interview focused on personality and suitability of the role. Touched a little on the understanding of PEGA but was not very technical. Required to do a PPT presentation of skills/projects which was relevant to a developer role
