A recruiter reached and set up a call with me to discover if it I could be a fit for the position. I then went through 2 interviews. One with both the of Lead Customer Success Managers. They asked me questions about my myself and general interview questions but were also very inviting and talked about sports, which was mutual favorite topic. I then met with the Director of Customer Success and it was very similar to the first interview. I heard back within the week that I got the position.

Two stage interview process, very straight forward process with clear communication from the interviewers. Phone & video interview. Accurate descriptions of the job. One of the more direct interview processes I have been through. Second stage of the interview involved questions about telephony knowledge etc

Interview
Recruiter reached out and was nice enough. I was moved to next stage and was excited by the opportunity. After that I was told I was being scheduled for final discussion but was strung out until the point I just gave up and moved on. Very confusing messaging and process.
