Aventus Informatics Quality Analyst interview questions

I had a very disappointing interview experience at Aventus Informatics. I went through three rounds—two online and the final one offline. I was informed that the last round was with the CTO, so I traveled over 50 km in heavy rain just to attend it. Unfortunately, the interview lasted less than 10 minutes, and I was told, 'We will inform you.' After that, I received no communication at all—not even a rejection email. I tried calling them for an update, but my calls were never answered. I genuinely don’t understand why companies treat candidates this way. If someone is not selected, the least a company can do is send a rejection email instead of completely ghosting the applicant.
