Pretty routine. They will just want to get to know you and your background. Phone Interview. Onsite interview will last 2 hours. You will get offered onsite usually if they like what they see/hear from the interview.
Super easy, I didnt even know what the company did and didnt prepare at all. They offered me the job almost immedailty after i left. Looks like theyre taking just about anyone now.
