I had to give this place a benefit of a doubt even though the reviews for the interviews are terrible.
Here's my experience:
The interviewer was extremely unprepared and has no clue what position I'm interviewing for. I was told to bring in my own resume and he was interviewing multiple candidates at the same time in a different room. He has to excuse himself multiple times to check on other candidates. He was very unprofessional and he kept making hockey and baseball analogies.
I was asked "Software or Hardware?" and I responded with "I can do both" since I have a degree in Electrical Engineering. His response was "You can't be a professional in both hockey and baseball. Just one" Ok....
Then when he asked me what are my salary expectations towards the end, he proceed to dismiss me with "haha, you're lucky as a new grad if any company is willing to pay you more than 50k a year. We're looking for knowledge hungry people, not money hungry"
Needless to say, this place is a huge red flag. AVOID.
I received multiple offers later from other companies and they were offering me 65k a year with great bonus and incentives. The so called "Engineering hiring manager" is a joke.
They called me back after a month offering me a position. I declined.
