The interview process was a phone interview, 1 to 1 interview, another phone interview, the a group interview last over 3 hours. Everyone was very nice and made it sound wonderful to work at Avery. Well, after my final conversation, I would think twice: I was told that an offer was being put together , ONE WEEK later, I was told the job was going to be elimated. NICE!!!
