Interview
The process consists of 4 parts.
Firstly an aptitude test which consists of 2 sections
1. Aptitude 30Q-20 min
2,Logical Reasoning 30Q-20 min
Second step was a GD. The topics were mostly general like women empowerment etc.
Third step was a PI with a tech and HR person.The focus was mostly on Basic Technical knowledge on your subjects of interest and projects/training. (Special focus on manufacturing processes)
The Last process involved a telephone interview with the plant manager.
