I first applied online and wrote a cover letter directly on the career website. Then, I was contacted to play online assessment games, which were really hard, probably the hardest I have done so far. After that, I was hopeless but the company still invited me to a Skype 1-1 interview with the head of HR. The call lasted about 1 hour, in a friendly environment, and the HR was really helpful and friendly. However, they are very specific on their questions and you need to prepare very well. Not so much about the company but about the skills required for the position to which you are applying.
