On Campus interview then a phone screen. Both were pretty standard and behavioral questions were used. After a month I was offered the position. But it took about 4 months to know which location I would be at.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Avery Dennison
Interview
I started the process off by going to career fair at my university where I met a few employees and briefly talked to them as well as giving them my resume. Next they informed me of an interview that included a phone interview with 2 employees that covered basic academic and other questions. The interviewers were very nice and asked straightforward questions.

Interview
-First was a phone screen with an HR Representative in charge of interns. Went through my past work experience. Was asked some basic questions about past internship projects: problem solving processes, skills used, results. Was also asked 1 or 2 basic behavioral interview questions. Was given the opportunity to ask the HR rep a bunch of questions about the job.
-Later that week, interviewed with 2 supply chain analysts. Was asked again about my work experience. Although there weren't any technical interview questions, the focus here was definitely more on the technical aspects of my work experiences.

Question 1
Be sure you can tell them WHY you want the internship in this particular field, and not some other field. Ex: why you want a supply chain internship instead of an internship in a similar field.
