Worst worst worst experience ever. First, there was a phone interview. Then they asked me to give a physical interview in their office at Savar, Dhaka (the worst place). I asked HR about the salary range multiple times as it is quite far away from Dhaka (almost 50KM from the center). They just said salary is not fixed and don't reveal salary to all. They said it will be selected based on the current salary doesn't matter how much. On the interview day, it took almost 4 hours to arrive at their office. Then the manager asked some questions and show what I need to do here. Everything was perfect but when HR asked about my current salary she was astonished and couldn't believe that. Suddenly they said, "OK, we need to discuss it and let you know the update". Then I realize that they have a fixed budget for this position and don't want to cross the budget whether the candidate is over qualified or not. I asked several times about the salary range so that their as well as my time and energy could be saved. But they didn't tell me the salary range. Now what? I have been sick and lying in bed for the last 3 days. This journey suffered a lot. I am broken out. This is all about Avery Dennison, Dhaka, Bangladesh interview process. If you are not living at Savar I will suggest you ignore this job circular.
