      Interview

Typical panel with reps from engineering, QA, HR, Plant Manager. Very professional! After the interview, I was taken on a tour of the plant...followed by lunch with the plant manager and project engineer. Unfortunately, they seemed to be looking for someone that had a PMP certification. Overall, the experience was good! Just did not work out for me. Good luck to the next guy....

      Anonymous employee
      Cleveland, OH
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Avery Dennison (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2013

      Interview

I had a phone screening and then an onsite interview with 4 rounds of interviews, The plant manager, operations manager, Sr. QA engineer, engineering manager, and maintenance manager were all involved with the interview. They asked basic behavioral questions and questions that included certain scenarios. After the onsite interview, I only had to wait a week before receiving the offer. The offer was pretty satisfactory to me (especially since I was just out of college), so I did not negotiate much. Now, I wish I had because my male counterparts earned more than I did.
