      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AviaGames in Jan 2026

      Interview

I applied online, sent in my resume and promptly got an interview. I talked to the recruiter, and we seemed to hit it off. I was told that they really really like me, and they like my expertise and to expect an email within the next two to three days to schedule an interview with someone on the team. When that didn't happen, I followed up with the recruiter and still got radio silence. A few weeks later, I was told that they had to have a hiring pause. I would say this is probably their "nice" way of declining me, but they did something similar to a friend of mine who was supposed to interview with the manager of a different team after making it past screening and initial interview. That was in January, it's now May. I've sent the recruiter maybe two or three emails since, asking if the position is available yet, and nothing.
