Aviation Institute Of Maintenance interview questions

I met with the director of admissions, after scheduling the interview a week in advance. When I arrived, I was asked to take a seat and wait. I waited about 15 minutes until the Director came out and then asked me to complete a paper application. After that, about 30-45 minutes after the scheduled interview, I was able to go chat with the director. It went well enough that I received a second interview. After the second interview, I followed up a week after and heard crickets. Not even a “we appreciate your time, but we went with another candidate”. Overall really not impressed with the organization or professionalism.

Easy, Having to fill out paper application and turn in resume. Interviewed with 4 different departments. Takes about an 1hour for everything. Got to tour the school meet students and other staff members.
