Initial interview with HR done over the phone/Skype, and subsequent interviews was with a US-based counterpart (same role/function) and then finally with the Asia-Pacific Vice-President. There was also a face to face chat with a local employee prior to offer being made. Overall, was pretty smooth and efficient.
