CV screening Digital interview: registered video interview that can be taken whenever and wherever you want. You just need to answer a couple of questions about your background and your motivation. Assessment center: individual presentation, team project, individual written test, final interview. The reason why I disapproved the experience of this interview is that, once they refused me after the assessment center, they didn't give me a feedback, even though I contacted the hr by email and by phone. I found this behavior unprofessional because the application process lasted two months, and only about twenty of us made it to the final assessment. Therefore, they would have only needed to contact a small number of candidates to provide feedback. Furthermore, considering the expenses incurred (travel and accommodation) to attend the final interview in person, I would have appreciated receiving feedback.
