Interview process is rigid and they ask you a bunch of irrelevant questions. Situational questions are great for candidates that have experience but not for candidates that are trying to grow.
It was fun , and engaging to talk to the manager. It was also an hour long and they made the job seem worth going for, once I left I was let know that I was getting the job

The initial interview was a phone screener with the recruiter. Questions were straightforward about my experience and interest, and we discussed the position more in depth. It was a good conversation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Avis Budget Group (Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine) in June 2023
