Phone Interview and In person interview and a Background check and a drug test. Hired on the spot. One manager. Asked to walk out and pick some cars and then come back for a role play situation.
It’s a three part interview starting w assessment then phone then in person very quick and easy nothing too complicated for questions just be professional and polite they want you to have a personality
