A Phone interview first then if you do well, you would be directed to the local office for a face to face interview with the manager. The manager will go through the resume and ask some questions. The most important question during the interview process was why do you want to work for Avis.
Get a phone call from the recruiter to schedule an interview. It was a group interview and every one got hired. Asked basic questions about my resume and previous jobs.
