I had two interviews. One on the phone with simple question and the second face to face with a test to do at the end of the interview. It was for a french job so I had to speak with an employee in french
Easy, laid back, and straightforward. Managers and branch owners were very nice and respectful. Typical interview questions were asked and were very simple to answer. The interview process took less than a week to interview and hear back.

Interview
The interview was approximately one hour. I was great, I was able to impress them with my customer service skills. They were looking for people who work well with other employers, and customers - and they wanted to know who well I can solve issues with customers, even if they are difficult.
