I was interviewed by the executive Director and the Operation manager. I was given a tour of the facility and told they would be in touch. I was called the next morning and offered the job.

Phone Screen with DHR, then in person interview with Executive Director. Was given tour and introduced to some of the staff. All seemed on edge and exchanged weird glances with each other. Very odd.
