Complete waste of time. HR initially screened and asked for a number of personal details not at all related to the job profile such as what does my spouse, parents do, where they work etc. This is the first time I have seen someone asking for such personal details. Called for F2F interview and then rejected after 1 month despite the interview going good and HR confirming to hold the HR round the next day after the initial interview. No reason given for rejection. Complete waste of time. Respect the candidate' s damn time. Get your screening right at the first instance and then hold the interview. Go for virtual mode of interview as candidates can't just waste their time travelling to be interviewed by some damn freak who doesn't have basic communication skills. Get your organization and your hiring process to be perfect before you scout for a candidate who is a demi-god.
