Payment was offered as commission
And only on making a cut off business will u get stable income
They keep on calling even after declining the offer which shows how understaffed they are

I face only one telephonic round interview, they asked basic intro and hr ques which is required in any sales profile. They are very kind and supportive. Overall my interview experience is good.
