Had phone screen. Then had 2 separate in-person interviews. Was told after all the interviews that a certain skill set that I did not have was very much needed for the position. They basically wasted my time with the extra (2) interviews. I should have been ruled out after the phone screen. Just seems as if the people doing the hiring are not on the same page with each other. Also, it seems there is zero confidence within the organization to allow some people to make personnel decisions, which probably points to other problems in the organization.
